Australian freight & logistics operator · delivered end to end.Six systems in. One clean dataset out.
An Australian shipping and freight operator came to me with the usual mess: consignment data spread across a carrier portal, two spreadsheets, an accounting system and their online store. Nothing reconciled against anything else, and month-end took the better part of a week.
I rebuilt it as a pipeline. Records were deduped, addresses and carrier codes normalised, and historic consignments validated against invoices. Then the sources were wired together — API pulls, scheduled CSV drops and a direct database sync — into one table the whole team reads from.
It runs on a schedule now. Month-end reporting collapsed from days to the same morning, and dispatch stopped rekeying consignments by hand.
